Executive Chef Mark Estee Teams up with ZLINE Kitchen and Bath

Estee is widely known for his portfolio of Northern Nevada restaurants, his locally sourced food philosophy, and for being a community leader.

Involvement in local business and partnerships is of the utmost importance to ZLINE. That is why we’re incredibly excited to announce our partnership with Northern Nevada’s celebrity chef and restaurateur Mark Estee of the Reno Local Food Group.

In our newest Chef Series, Master the Kitchen with Chef Mark Estee, he will walk you through many delectable dishes such as a Crispy Polenta, Fancy Mashed Potatoes, and a Bacon Lettuce and Tomato Risotto. Each dish takes a gourmet twist on some of your favorite foods, and are easy for you to follow along with and make at home. Additionally, Estee will also review some of the ways many can feel like a professional chef in their own home.
